What we collect

When you submit our quote request form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, city, room or space, number of handles or pulls and knobs, whether you already have your hardware, and any project notes you write in. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party advertising scripts on this site to collect personal information.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your quote request, answer your questions, and schedule and complete any resulting installation work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your request.

How your request is delivered

Our quote form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to us by email. If you email us directly at hello@northtexascabinethandles.com, that address forwards to our personal inbox through a third-party email-forwarding provider (ImprovMX). Your information passes through these providers in order to reach us. We don't control their systems directly, but we only use them to receive and respond to your request.

Retention

We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request and, if you hire us, to complete and document that work. We have not yet finalized a specific retention schedule; this notice will be updated once one is in place.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have from your submission, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@northtexascabinethandles.com or reaching out through our quote form. We'll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
